Fresh flowers and delicious food are two of the most wonderful things in the world. When they come together, it’s an enchanting encounter of beauty that is sure to enthrall!
I am going to share with you a recipe for Rose Milk Mousse. Let’s learn how to create this delightful dish.
After the flour is incorporated, add in the egg yolks.
Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Whisk egg whites with lemon juice until frothy, then add granulated sugar in three parts.
Combine the egg yolk mixture with the egg whites, folding until well mixed.
Pour into a 28×28 baking pan and gently shake to remove any air bubbles.
Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for approximately 30 minutes.
To make the mousse layer: soften cream cheese at room temperature, then whisk until smooth over a warm water bath.
Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water until soft, then add to warm milk and stir. Add this to the cream cheese mixture, then strain.
Whip the light cream with caster sugar until semi-liquid, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
Stir until the mixture is smooth and without lumps.
Prepare a silicone mold, crush dried rose petals, and sprinkle them into the mold.
Pour the prepared mousse into a piping bag and pipe it into the mold.
Allow the matcha chiffon cake to cool, then cut out 6 circles the same size as the mold.
Place the cake circles on top of the mousse, then refrigerate for at least 5 hours.
Gently lift the cakes from the mold.
Melt FLUFF Vanilla Marshmallows over a water bath.
Pipe the melted marshmallow into the grooves of the cake, filling them about 80% full.
Decorate with beautiful dried rose petals. Your masterpiece is complete!
