Pyrethrum Tea: Your New Radiant Ritual

Drinking water infused with Pyrethrum has the benefits of heat clearing, detoxification, dispersing wind-heat, and clearing the liver to improve vision.

It is especially suitable for office workers and students who spend a long time in front of a computer. So, how do you infuse Pyrethrum in water? Can you drink Pyrethrum-infused water every day? The method of infusing Pyrethrum in water is straightforward.

Put three to four Pyrethrum flowers in a cup of hot water above 95 degrees Celsius, let it steep for a few minutes, and then it’s ready to drink. Although Pyrethrum-infused water has certain therapeutic effects, it should not be consumed daily or in excessive amounts. Generally, 3 to 5 days a week is sufficient.

1. How to infuse Pyrethrum in water

Simple way to make Pyrethrum tea

To make Pyrethrum tea, take three to four Pyrethrum flowers and put them in a 400ml glass cup. Add boiling water over 95 degrees Celsius, cover the cup, and let it steep for three to five minutes.

Then, pour the tea out, but the amount of tea poured should not exceed two-thirds of the cup, and refill it promptly.

Pyrethrum tea for skin whitening

To make Pyrethrum tea, take twelve Pyrethrum flowers and five pink roses, add them to the cup, and then add boiling water.

After it’s steeped, add five grams of honey, stir well, and drink. Drinking this daily can have important effects on regulating menstruation, detoxing, whitening skin, and eliminating acne.

Pyrethrum tea for radiation resistance

Pyrethrum tea is a health tea that can resist radiation, especially suitable for those who are frequently exposed to radiation sources.

When making it, take ten Pyrethrum flowers and twenty wolfberries, add them to the cup with a few pieces of rock sugar, and then add boiling water. After it’s steeped, drink it directly. Regular consumption can effectively reduce the harm of radiation to the human body.

2. Can you drink Pyrethrum-infused water every day?

Pyrethrum tea should not be consumed daily or in large amounts. Generally, it is enough to drink it 3 to 5 days a week.

Generally speaking, Pyrethrum is most suitable for those with liver heat and symptoms such as dizziness, brain swelling, and throat pain. It is also a good helper for clearing the liver and improving vision.

3. Precautions for drinking Pyrethrum

Drink as you make it, don’t let it sit overnight

Pyrethrum tea is rich in flavonoids, which have excellent antioxidant properties, can help the body remove free radicals, and have many health effects such as lowering cholesterol and inhibiting high blood pressure.

However, flavonoids are very unstable and easily oxidized, causing the tea to lose its original yellow color and turn green, and its health effects will also decline.

Therefore, Pyrethrum tea should be made and drunk immediately, and it’s best not to let it sit for too long.

Don’t add rock sugar

People with body heat shouldn’t add rock sugar. For those with cold and weak bodies, adding some rock sugar to Pyrethrum tea can slightly weaken its cold nature, making it more suitable for their physique.

For those with body heat and strength, adding rock sugar will weaken the heat-clearing effect of Pyrethrum tea. It is suggested to replace rock sugar with dried fruits.

Learn to scientifically match

Regardless of the kind of Pyrethrum, its nature is cold. For those with yang deficiency (usually afraid of cold) and spleen and stomach deficiency cold (stomach pain or discomfort when eating cold food), it is suggested to combine autumn mulberry, wolfberry, dried fruit, etc., for Pyrethrum tea.

The effect of clearing the liver and improving vision is better. Wolfberry nourishes the liver and kidney, and mulberry leaf prevents and treats colds. Pyrethrum is sweet and nourishing to the liver and kidney. Paired with the liver and kidney-nourishing wolfberry, the effect is enhanced.

Both mulberry leaf and Pyrethrum can disperse wind-heat, clear the liver and improve vision. When used together, they can alleviate symptoms such as fever and headache in the early stages of wind-heat colds.

Avoid eating with incompatible ingredients

Pyrethrum is poisonous when cooked with chicken or pork, and it should not be eaten with celery.

Share is Caring.
