Chrysanthemums, perennials of the Asteraceae family, are bursting with substances like capitate flowers, adenine, amino acids, choline, anabasine, and vitamins. Their aroma is fragrant, cool and soothing.
When used to make porridge with brown rice, the properties of the grain enhance the medicinal qualities of the chrysanthemums. Regular consumption helps maintain beauty and health, and fights aging.
