The pink color makes these treats irresistible for girls. Below is the recipe for cherry blossom macarons, let’s learn together!
Recipe for Cherry Blossom Macarons:
【Main Ingredients】: 100g almond flour, 100g powdered sugar, 36g egg whites, appropriate amount of French DR color powder (pink), 36g egg whites, 17g granulated sugar, 0.5g egg white powder, 83g granulated sugar, 25g pure water 【Supplemental Ingredient】: one baking color pen (red)
Steps:
Pour 100g of almond flour and 100g of powdered sugar into a clean container. Stir evenly using a manual egg beater.
Put an appropriate amount of pink color powder into 36g of egg whites, stir until evenly mixed, then pour into the almond flour and sugar mixture.
Stir evenly with a scraper and set aside.
Pour 36g of egg whites into a silicone cup, then add 17g of granulated sugar and 0.5g of egg white powder.
Beat until stiff peaks form using an electric mixer.
Pour 25g of pure water into a small pot for boiling sugar water, then add 83g of granulated sugar.
Boil over low heat until it reaches 118 degrees. Pour the boiled sugar water into the beaten egg whites at a steady, thin stream while beating at high speed with an electric mixer.
Continue beating while pouring in the sugar water until the egg whites reach a stiff peak consistency.
Take 1/3 of the egg white mixture and mix it evenly with the dough prepared earlier. Repeat this step until all the egg white mixture is incorporated.
Pour it into a piping bag. Line the baking tray with patterned paper, then lay a cloth over it and start piping the cherry blossom macarons.
Pipe slowly, petal by petal, until you have five petals.
Remember to remove the patterned paper beneath after piping. Once all are done, let them rest until the surface is not sticky to touch.
After letting them rest, place them in the middle layer of the oven, and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 12 minutes.
Once baked, remove immediately and let them cool on a cooling rack.
Use the baking color pen to add finishing touches on the surface – five small red dots~
