For example, if a spring-like temperature and enough light are provided in winter, it will bloom.

  1. Chamomile

Chamomile is a perennial plant. After wilting, it will grow new branches the following year. Its flowering period is in May, and it declines in autumn.

  1. Wild chrysanthemum

The wild chrysanthemum generally does not exceed one meter. Its flowering period is from June to November, which is relatively long.

When is the best time to drink chrysanthemum tea?

  1. Summer

Due to the hot weather, people are more likely to experience dry mouth and tongue, heat, anxiety, and even heatstroke in summer.

Drinking a moderate amount of chrysanthemum tea helps to relieve heat, dispel wind and clear heat, replenish water, detoxify, reduce inflammation, and regulate emotions.

  1. Autumn

The climate in autumn is dry and the heat has not yet dissipated. People are prone to fatigue. Drinking chrysanthemum tea appropriately at this time helps to eliminate fatigue, refresh the mind, nourish the yin and moisturize the lungs, and improve complexion.
