Every spring, Yuyuantan Park holds a “Cherry Blossom Viewing Fair”. The Cherry Blossom Garden, located in the northwest of the park, adjacent to the bustling West Third Ring, was built in 1989.
It is a park within a park, featuring cherry blossoms, with a total area of 250,000 square meters. The garden has attractions such as “Cherry and Begonia in Spring Dawn”, “Cherry Isle in Autumn Water”, “Willow Bridge in Moon Reflection”, and “Deep Cloud Creek”.
On the east side of the Cherry Blossom Garden is a waterside pavilion named “Oriole Cherry Garden”. The Somei Yoshino cherry trees planted here, despite being single-petaled white flowers, can grow into large trees.
The cherry blossom garden has over ten varieties of cherry blossoms including Mountain Cherry, Somei Yoshino, Double Red Oshima, Hangzhou Early Cherry, Guanshan, Single Leaf, Samantabhadra, Pine Moon, Ariake, and Yujin, with a total of nearly 2,000 trees.
On Jeju Island, the blooming period of the cherry blossoms is most attractive when the Large Cherry blossoms are in full bloom. Large Cherry blossoms can be seen throughout the island, in areas like the Seogwipo City and the Integrated Stadium.
Among the cherry blossom species, Large Cherry has the largest petals and longest flower diameter, appearing elegant and beautiful. This flower is unique to Jeju Island and blooms for only 2-3 days.

Pingba Cherry Blossom Garden is about a 40-minute drive from Guiyang, located in the heart of Guizhou, by the Red Maple Lake, next to the towering Gaofeng Mountain, offering beautiful and picturesque scenery.
The garden is planted with over 70,000 precious cherry trees across more than 6,000 acres, making it the “best cherry blossom viewing area in Guizhou”.
